The aim of this service is to give you the time and space to ask questions, get more information and learn about all of your options, choices and rights. This is a great option for you if:

• You’ve had an appointment that has thrown you- you need help understanding a diagnosis or risk factor and how it may affect your conception journey, pregnancy or birth.

• You want to find more information and dig deeper into the benefits and risks of a particular choice. 

• You find yourself in need of a non judgemental, professional ear to simply listen to you (without trying to persuade you to do anything!)

• You're pregnant for the second or subsequent time, feel you know what you're doing, but want to brush up on a specific aspect of your birth prep.

• You fancy booking blocks of power calls for 1-2-1 antenatal preparation.

• You want to make a really supportive postpartum plan and would like help to do this.
