Birth Support Services

Free Consultation

Our initial meeting is free of charge. If you are local to me in South East London I am more than happy to meet you over a cup of coffee and chat for half an hour, or we can talk online. I love a good chat about birth! We can also have a brief initial chat on the phone before this if you’d just like some quick headline info.

Shared care package, investment from £2200

I offer this package if you’d like us to work together but I am not fully available for the on-call period. This means that you will have two doulas looking after you and have the advantage of calling on both of our expertise from the moment you decide to work with us.

It will be me and another doula from a selection of brilliant doulas I personally know and have worked with, including Dre, Martha, and Rebecca.  We offer a packages like my ultimate or balanced support package. You get to know both of us as we share the antenatal sessions (1/2 with both of us and 1 each, 3/4 in total) and we share the on-call period giving you complete peace of mind that one of us will be with you when you call us to your birth.

You will typically see both of us postnatally too, regardless of who is with you during labour and birth.

Been there, done that £150 discount on any birth package, if you're planning a home birth & have given birth before, including previous caesarean births.

I want you back package, investment £1500, for any returning birth clients. Includes 2 antenatal and 1 postnatal sessions, unlimited virtual support, on call and in labour support and access to the digital hypnobirthing course from The Birth Uprising.

Caesarean birth support package, investment from £300

These packages offer support for those having planned or elective caesarean births. I tend to create bespoke packages for caesarean clients, dependent on your needs and how much in-person support you would like. I can offer caesarean-specific hypnobirthing techniques, support with birth planning and help you to explore your options within the procedure itself. I can also aid you in advocating for your wishes with your care providers, offer support post birth in hospital and with planning for your healing and postpartum.

If you aren’t in a financial position to have doula support at your birth, booking a “pick my brains” call is a great stop-gap. It gives you the opportunity to have some independent input antenatally to support you in birthing on your own terms.

Extras: My packages include optional use of a professional birth pool, a labour tens machine, a Birth Sling, my rebozo, a peanut ball, birth combs, as well as signposting to brilliant resouces such as books, podcasts and birth videos. I have an iPhone for low light birth photography if you would like me to document your birth (not a professional camera).
